Customer Care Policy: Bus Rules, Etiquette & Information
No standing at any time. The bus could make sudden & abrupt maneuvers to respond to unforeseen traffic conditions & incidents.
Any bingo or raffles must be handled while remaining seated.
Keep aisle clear.
Collect driver gratuity prior to arrival.
No alcohol & No open beverage containers of any kind. Only resealable containers will be allowed.
No food to be brought on board. This is for the consideration of the other passengers as food smells can make others sick in the confined area of the bus.
Do not talk to or distract the driver while the bus is in motion.
Do not cross the white line on the floor at the front of the bus while in motion.
Please notice the window emergency exits that are marked.
Anything stored above in the racks should be secure so not to fall down on passengers.
Use of the restroom requires extreme caution. Use hand rails above & backs of seats to assure safe & secure footing & balance.
Patty Wagon will not be liable for lost carry-on baggage as it remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger. Only in the event of negligence on the part of Patty Wagon’s handling of a passenger’s baggage, liability of a loss shall be computed on the basis of the value of the baggage & limited to the maximum of $250.00 per customer.
